Unser Plansee Standort in Lechbruck ist unser Kompetenzzentrum für Wolfram-Schwermetalle sowie metallische und keramische Verbundwerkstoffe – und ermöglicht damit Innovationen in Branchen wie Medizin und Unterhaltung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Pflege, Verwaltung und Dokumentation von Werkzeugdaten sowie Vermessung, Einstellung und Bereitstellung von Zerspanungswerkzeugen für die Produktion
  • Durchführung von Eingangs-, Sicht und Maßkontrollen zur Sicherstellung der Werkzeugqualität sowie Prüfung auf Verschleiß und Beschädigungen
  • Analyse von Werkzeugstandzeiten und Unterstützung bei der Behebung von Werkzeugproblemen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Werkzeugen, Bearbeitungsprozessen und Fertigungsabläufen
  • Organisation, Beschaffung sowie fachgerechte Lagerung, Pflege und Verwaltung von Werkzeugen, Werzeughaltern und Zubehör
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleitern, Schichtführern und PSC unter Einhaltung der Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Sauberkeitsstandards

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker:in oder ähnliche Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Umfangreiche Werkzeug- und CNC-Kenntnisse
  • SAP- und EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
