- 倉庫内のロボット・AGV・自動仕分け機をリアルタイムに制御・最適化する「WES（Warehouse Execution System）」のプロダクトマネージャーとして、開発ロードマップの策定から基本設計・仕様書作成・テスト推進・現地導入まで、プロダクトライフサイクル全体に責任を持ちます。ビジネスサイドから吸い上げた要件を、グローバルな開発チームが実装可能な仕様へと変換する「翻訳者」かつ「意思決定者」として、プロダクトの品質と方向性を技術的視点から牽引してください。
- ■部署の役割
- ソリューションアーキテクト本部は、WESプロダクトの上流（要件定義・基本設計）から下流（結合テスト・システムテスト・受入テスト）、そして現地導入まで全工程のオーナーシップを持つ戦略部署です。PdMチームは開発チームに最も近い立場として、インターフェース設計・アルゴリズム設計・UX設計・仕様書管理を主導し、実装の質と速度を両立させます。

- 累計1,000台超のロボット導入実績を基盤に、Mujinは「トータルエンジニアリング事業」フェーズへ急成長中です。WESは次期事業の中核プロダクトと位置付けられており、プロダクト化加速に伴いPdMを増員します。
