From your PASSION to ours

Lactalis Heritage Dairy , part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Whey Packaging based in Tulare, CA .

Reporting to Whey Supervisor(s), Whey Packaging’s primary responsibility is to cover all aspects of the whey packaging process.

From Your EXPERTISE to ours:

The required skills below are not limited to the following:

· Provide coverage so team members can attend meetings, cross-train, work on projects, etc.

· Strong ability to learn multiple jobs.

· Assist with period cleaning, downtime, TPM, and other production needs, including emergency situations.

· Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines.

· Communicate and passdown business information.

· Follow ILC process to complete training requirements.

· Complete failure analysis, including root cause and corrective action.

· Actively identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

· Assist with equipment troubleshooting and support maintenance when needed.

· Accountable for the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) standards as outlined in the plant’s QRMP accountability document, including the implementation, improvement, and ongoing maintenance.

· Adhere to all requirements and process changes related to our Daily Management Systems implementation.

· Other duties as assigned.

· Documented job performance work record and attendance record to be reviewed.

· Specialized training or licenses relevant to job.

· Good business participation (i.e. Level 1, safety, process improvement).
