The Wholesale Content Management Associate is responsible for consistent execution of content delivery while supporting field adoption and enhancing the user experience across key platforms. This role works to drive alignment across Wholesale marketing, client engagement, sales enablement, and digital engagement channels. This role plays a critical role in connecting Wholesale intellectual content initiatives with Teammate Enablement priorities to optimize tools and communications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Wholesale Enablement Integration

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate content distribution, messaging, and tools across the Wholesale organization
  • Drive alignment across Wholesale marketing, sales enablement, and line-of-business initiatives to ensure a cohesive strategy and consistent execution
  • Gather feedback from sales partners to continuously improve content effectiveness
  • Support sales teams with relevant, timely, and actionable marketing content and tools

Reporting, Analytics & Data Insights Coordination

  • Track and report on platform utilization and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Create custom reports and dashboards where native reporting is insufficient
  • Partner cross‑functionally to ensure reporting consistency, transparency, and actionability

Establish and manage data insights and reporting views leveraged by Marketing, Sales Enablement, and key business partners

Sales Enablement Platform Support & Optimization

  • Drive adoption through proactive communication, education, promotion, and enhancements
  • Promote sales enablement platform capabilities – best practices and new features
  • Support ongoing content refreshes, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and usability

Manage quarterly attestations and governance requirements

Enhance user experience design to improve navigation and engagement

Sales Enablement Platform (Connection) User Support

  • Manage the Connection Support email inbox, providing timely responses and issue resolution
  • Deliver user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training
  • Enable subscriptions, bulk communication execution, and other platform features to streamline content distribution process
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Required Qualifications:

Strong academic credentials – college degree or equivalent education and related training or experience3-5 years of experience within consulting, business management, or financial services organization

Ability to present data and business considerations in a structured manner.

Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Demonstrated understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
  • Experience in marketing, sales enablement, and/or digital engagement within a Wholesale or financial services environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure success.
