Pay

• Salaried grade 9
• $85,400-$98,000 / year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance.

Schedule

1st Shift (Monday- Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. other hours as needed)

Location

The assigned location for this position is currently in Division 4 (adjustments may be made at the company’s discretion).

Preferably, a qualified candidate would live in or around Division 4 or willing to relocate. The areas this position could support are listed below:

North Carolina, South Carolina, Eastern Tennessee, and Georgia

Job Summary

McKee Foods is seeking a Wholesale Development Specialist to join our Field Sales Organization team. The Wholesale Development Specialist promotes opportunities to expand wholesale distribution through the addition of MultiLocation Distributorships or traditional distributorships. They will also assist the Region Managers in addressing Distributor performance issues and in restructuring markets.

• •Assist Field Sales Organization with Distributor Performance
• •Assist Field Sales Organization with the addition of Multi-Location Distributorships and Focused locations
• •Train Field Sales Organization in Distributor Relations issues including Location Builder and the other wholesale distributor apps
• •Identify Distributor Relations issues

Required Qualifications

• •One to two years or college or proven outstanding ability
• •Three years experience in this or a related field
• •Thorough knowledge and understanding of the distribution of McKee Foods’ products
• •Thorough knowledge and understanding of business relationship between Wholesale Distributors and McKee Foods Corporation
• •Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
• •Excellent analytical ability
• •Ability to objectively understand conflicting viewpoints
• •Demonstrated excellent relationship building skills with Wholesale Distributors and McKee Representatives
• •Acts in accordance with ethical standards
• •Proven ability to work with confidential information
• •Ability to plan and implement projects
• •Ability to travel extensively (80% to 90% of the time)

Preferred Qualifications

• •College degree in Business Management or related field
• •Experience as an Independent Distributor
• •A minimum of five years experience as a District Sales Representative or related experience
