Responsibilities

• •Verify invoices and help the parts drivers in the morning load the trucks
• •Return parts, file damage claims and complete core credits
• •Take return parts back to each stock room, ensuring it has a location
• •Move cores to the cores area
• •Assist customers who are looking for a credit of a returned part
• •File damage claims & ensure we received the money back from the manufacture
• •Pull obsolete parts to send back to manufacture or scrap them
• •Prepare shipments for cores or returns
• •Cleaning up the cardboard & the work area and ensuring the walkway is clean and free of debris
• •Handling cores with customers making sure they are returned correctly
• •Maintain professional appearance
• •Other tasks as assigned by the Wholesale Parts Director, or other managers

Qualifications

• •High school diploma or the equivalent
• •Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• •Tech savvy and comfortable with computers
• •Previous experience in an automotive parts department preferred
• •Great work ethic with and ability to work on a team
• •Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• •Current and valid driver's license
