### WIG-Schweißer (m/w/d)

für Stahl- und Edelstahlrohrleitungen

#### Ihre Aufgaben

  • WIG-Schweißen von Bauteilen, Baugruppen und Rohrleitungen aus Stahl und Edelstahl
  • Vorbereiten, Ausrichten und Heften von Werkstücken nach Zeichnung und technischen Vorgaben
  • Schweißen im Dünn- und Dickwandbereich unter Einhaltung aller Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Durchführung von Sicht- und Maßkontrollen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Fertigungsqualität
  • Arbeiten nach Isometrien, technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei Fertigungs- und Montagevorbereitungen im Produktionsbereich
  • Dokumentation der Arbeiten gemäß internen Vorgaben

#### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Schweißer, Rohrschlosser, Anlagenmechaniker, Metallbauer, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im WIG-Schweißen (141) von Stahl und Edelstahl
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Schweißpositionen im Rohr- und Behälterbau
  • Kenntnisse in Werkstoffkunde (Stahl/Edelstahl)
  • Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen, Schweißplänen und Isometrien
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit im Produktionsalltag
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung sowie ggf. zum Erwerb zusätzlicher Schweißprüfungen
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
