## Mitarbeiter\*in Beratung & Prävention (20 Std./Woche)

Wildwasser Frankfurt e.V. ist eine Fachberatungsstelle gegen sexualisierte Gewalt. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort oder später eine Fachkraft (m/w/d) für den Bereich Beratung und Prävention .

Die Stelle ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet, mit Option auf Verlängerung.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beratung von Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen, die von sexualisierter Gewalt betroffen sind
  • Beratung von Angehörigen und Fachkräften
  • Durchführung von Präventionsveranstaltungen und Fortbildungen
  • Begleitung von Schutzkonzepten in Institutionen
  • Netzwerk-, Gremien- und Verwaltungsarbeit

### Ihr Profil

  • Studium der Sozialen Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Pädagogik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Beratungsarbeit
  • Fachwissen im Bereich sexualisierte Gewalt
  • Erfahrung in Präventions- und Fortbildungsarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Feministische Grundhaltung

Wünschenswert: Zusatzqualifikation als Kinderschutzfachkraft gemäß § 8a SGB VIII.
