Are you a seasoned Microsoft workplace transformation expert with deep expertise in Windows 365, Intune, and Cloud PC operations ?

We are looking for a Windows 365 Cloud Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead enterprise modernization initiatives, advise customers on best practices, and drive successful cloud workplace transformations.

What You'll Do

• •Act as a trusted advisor across Windows 365, Modern Work, Azure, Identity, and Security .
• •Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and customer enablement sessions.
• •Assess platform health, performance, security, operational readiness, and governance.
• •Troubleshoot complex issues across Cloud PCs, Intune, identity, networking, and endpoint management environments.
• •Analyze logs and telemetry to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• •Define remediation and modernization roadmaps aligned with customer business objectives.
• •Support enterprise migrations, deployments, adoption programs, and lifecycle management activities.

Mandatory Requirements

✅ 15+ years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure, endpoint management, workplace technologies, or cloud transformation roles.

✅ Advanced English with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.

✅ Customer-facing consulting experience and strong stakeholder management skills.

✅ Hands-on expertise in:

• •Windows 365
• •Cloud PC Operations
• •Microsoft Intune
• •Image Management
• •Application Packaging & Deployment
• •Identity & Access Management
• •Networking Fundamentals
• •Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Fundamentals
• •PowerShell Administration & Automation

✅ Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

✅ Experience delivering technical workshops, knowledge transfer, and customer guidance.
