As a Windows Admin - Associate - Operate, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to facilitate seamless operations and availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will coordinate the day-to-day activities of operational systems, processes, and infrastructure required for service offerings that assist clients on their Managed Service Delivery. You will work with clients to gather requirements and manage the day-to-day business of operations, including various stakeholders and internal and external delivery partners. Within our Cloud Engineering practice, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks related to CPU, I/O, and Memory, and for migration tasks from on-premises to cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- - Coordinating day-to-day operations of Windows Server and VMware infrastructure
- - Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support seamless client operations
- - Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based systems to minimize downtime
- - Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud infrastructure and services
- - Building and configuring Windows Clustering services with effective troubleshooting
- - Engaging with clients to gather requirements and address performance and integration issues
- - Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks related to CPU, I/O, and memory
- - Supporting migration processes from on-premises to cloud environments
- - Maintaining and supporting various versions of server infrastructure
- - Designing and building solutions for transitioning from legacy platforms to microservices architectures
- - Assessing opportunities to improve processes and execution
- - Raising and tracking issues, resolving medium complexity conflicts with partners
- - Staying updated on industry regulations, trends, and technology
- - Coordinating with management to carry out operational, administrative, and compliance functions according to regulatory standards
What You Must Have
- - At least a Bachelor's degree
- - At least 5 years of experience in Windows operating systems & VMware.
- - Oral and written proficiency in English required

- - Utilizing cloud infrastructure optimization techniques effectively
