Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n WingTsun Fachtrainer (m/w/d) – Kinder & Jugend.

Im Mittelpunkt unserer Arbeit steht nicht der sportliche Wettkampf, sondern die pädagogische Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen im Bereich Kindersicherheit, Gewaltprävention, Selbstbehauptung und soziale Kompetenzen

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

  • Durchführung und Anleitung von Trainings im Bereich Kindersicherheit und Selbstverteidigung
  • Arbeit mit Kinder- und Jugendgruppen (ca. 5–20 Teilnehmer)
  • Vermittlung von sozialen Kompetenzen, Konfliktverhalten und Handlungssicherheit
  • Kommunikation mit Eltern sowie Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Teilnahme an internen Schulungen und Fortbildungen

Anforderungen:

  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Interesse an Pädagogik, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und Bewegung
  • Bereitschaft zur internen Ausbildung
  • Erweitertes Führungszeugnis (bei Einstellung erforderlich)
  • Besonderheit – Ausbildung / Einstieg:
  • Der Einstieg ist auch ohne Vorerfahrung möglich.

Die Qualifizierung erfolgt über eine interne Ausbildung (in Kooperation mit der EWTO), die innerhalb von ca. 12 Monaten abgeschlossen wird.

Wichtiger Hinweis:

  • Die Ausbildung ist kostenpflichtig, kann jedoch je nach Modell teilweise oder vollständig durch uns gefördert werden.
  • Während der Ausbildungszeit erfolgt keine Vergütung.
  • Ziel ist die anschließende Übernahme in eine Trainertätigkeit mit eigener Gruppe.

Vergütung nach Ausbildung:

  • ca. 20 € pro Trainingseinheit zu Beginn
  • Entwicklung auf bis zu 30 € pro Einheit bei langfristiger Tätigkeit

Arbeitszeiten:

  • überwiegend nachmittags (Mo–Fr 15:00–18:00 Uhr)
  • Wochenenden nach Absprache
