Ihre Aufgaben:
-Aktive Mitarbeit in der Produktion
-Stete Prozessoptimierung der Abläufe und Produktqualität
-Einhalten der HACCP-Richtlinien inkl. Dokumentation
-Standardisierung von Produktionsprozessen
Ihr Profil:
Meisterbrief im Bäcker-Handwerk
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Bäckermeister inkl. Führungsverantwortung
Organisationstalent mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise
Leidenschaft für hochwertige Produkte und Kompetenz in Prozess- und Ablaufoptimierung
Freude an kreativer und trendbewusster Arbeit
Soziale Kompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Teamfähigkeit, Motivation und Engagement
