  • Der ambulante Pflegedienst vakt-i HUZUR ist seit 2020 in der Region tätig und bietet individuelle, liebevolle und professionelle Pflege für unsere Klienten in ihrem gewohnten Umfeld. Unser Ziel ist es, die Lebensqualität unserer Patienten zu verbessern und ihnen ein selbstbestimmtes Leben zu ermöglichen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Unterstützung bei der Alltagsbewältigung
  • Dokumentation der Pflegeleistungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen und anderen Dienstleistern
  • Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen und Fortbildungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Empathie und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
