Zu Ihren Aufgabengebieten gehören

  • Arbeits-/ Ausbildungs-/ Praktikumsplatzakquise
  • Hilfsmittel schaffen (Bewerbungsunterlagen, ect.)
  • Netzwerke aufbauen und pflegen
  • Informationen im Team austauschen
  • Entwicklungen dokumentieren
  • Qualifizierungen aktivieren (Weiterbildung)
  • Berufsorientierung

Ihr Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium (z.B. Diplom, Bachelor, Master, Magister Artium) oder ähnliche pädagogische Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung mit der Zielgruppe Arbeitssuchende mit \*\*ganzheitlicher \*\*Betreuung
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Einzelcoachings und Seminaren wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse der regionalen Arbeitsmarktsituation
  • Empathie, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und interkulturelle Kompetenzen
  • Freude daran zu haben, Menschen zu motivieren und kreative Lösungswege für jeden einzelnen Klienten zu erarbeiten und mit Spaß in einem starken Team zu arbeiten

Art der Stelle: Vollzeit, Teilzeit, 32-39 Std., 4 Tage Woche möglich.

Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag 7.30 Uhr – 16.00 Uhr bei 39h
