Wir suchen für unseren renommierten Kunden in Neckartailfingen motivierte Sachbearbeiter/in Versand & Logistik (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Organisation und Disposition nationaler und internationaler Transporte
  • Planung und Koordination von LKW-, Luft- und Seefrachten
  • Einholung und Verhandlung von Speditionsangeboten sowie Beauftragung von Dienstleistern
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Versand-, Zoll- und Begleitdokumenten
  • Abwicklung von Import- und Exportvorgängen unter Einhaltung zollrechtlicher Vorgaben
  • Überwachung von Transporten, Lieferterminen und Sendungsstatus
  • Abstimmung mit Speditionen sowie internen Abteilungen und internationalen Geschäftspartnern

Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Versand, Logistik, Spedition oder Export
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der nationalen und internationalen Transportabwicklung
  • Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Exportrecht von Vorteil
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
