Die Besenthalgruppe ist ein modernes Familienunternehmen in der Lüneburger Heide. Seit fast 50 Jahren stehen wir für Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit und ein familiäres Miteinander. Für unseren über 1.000 ha Betrieb suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit!

Du packst gerne an, liebst die Arbeit in der Natur und hast ein Händchen für landwirtschaftliche Maschinen? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig!

Wir bauen Kartoffeln, Zwiebeln, Zuckerrüben, Getreide, Mais und Rollrasen an – und suchen tatkräftige Unterstützung für unser Team.

## Was sind deine Aufgaben?

****- Bodenbearbeitung und ggf. Bestellung unserer Kulturen

  • Düngerausbringung und Betreuung der Beregnungsanlagen
  • Ernte- sowie Transportarbeiten
  • Ein- und Auslagerung der produzierten Feldfrüchte
  • Instandhaltung und Pflege unseres Fuhrparks
  • ‍

## Was solltest Du mitbringen?

  • Führerschein Klasse T und B (CE von Vorteil)
  • Erfahrung im landwirtschaftlichen Bereich oder technisches Verständnis für Maschinen
  • Quereinsteiger willkommen – Eine Ausbildung als Landwirt (m/w/d) bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und Motivation
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und Kommunikation
  • ‍
