Im WOHNHAUS Ostfildern leben insgesamt 65 erwachsene körper- und mehrfachbehinderte Menschen. Unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner werden an 4 Standorten oder auch in Privatwohnungen betreut. Zusätzlich bieten wir Fördergruppen an. Ziel unserer Arbeit ist es, unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner individuell in ihrem Alltag zu unterstützen, um ihnen ein möglichst selbstbestimmtes Leben zu ermöglichen.

· Du hast als Fachkraft eine abgeschlossene (Berufs-)Ausbildung.

· Du hast Freude daran, unsere Klientinnen und Klienten in ihrem Leben zu begleiten.

· Du einen guten Zugang zu Menschen hast und Dich flexibel auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse unsere Klientinnen und Klienten einstellen kannst.
