Die Lebensgemeinschaft Sambach e.V. auf Gut Sambach begleitet psychisch erkrankte und seelisch behinderte Menschen auf ihrem Weg zu mehr Selbstständigkeit und gesellschaftlicher Teilhabe. In unserem vollstationären Wohnheim leben bis zu 24 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in einer familiären Atmosphäre. Unser Ziel ist es, Menschen individuell zu fördern, ihnen Sicherheit zu geben und sie auf ihrem persönlichen Lebensweg zu begleiten.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Betreuer (m/w/d) im Wohnheim

in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

# Ihre Aufgaben

  • Individuelle Begleitung und Unterstützung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im Alltag
  • Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und sozialer Kompetenzen
  • Unterstützung bei der Freizeitgestaltung sowie der Tagesstruktur
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, gesetzlichen Betreuern und weiteren Kooperationspartnern
  • Dokumentation der Betreuungsarbeit
  • Teilnahme am Schichtdienst

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger/in, Erzieher/in, Pflegefachkraft, Ergotherapeut/in, Sozialpädagoge/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Assistenzbedarf
  • Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B ist wünschenswert
