- Unser Seniorenpflegeheim "Haus am Freistrom" in Lübz verfügt insgesamt über 120 Pflegeplätze, davon 12 Plätze speziell für den Schwerstpflegebereich.
- Ein hoher, bewohnergerechter Personalschlüssel ist für unser Haus selbstverständlich.
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort Pflegehelfer/Pflegeassistent (m/w/d) in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit.
Sie unterstützen zukünftig unsere Pflegefachkräfte bei der Grundpflege, Betreuung und Aktivierung von hilfsbedürftigen Menschen.
Zu den Hauptaufgaben zählen:
- Körperpflege
- Hilfe bei der Nahrungsaufnahme
- hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten sowie Dokumentation, stets unter Anleitung
Sie sind die wichtigste Bezugsperson im Alltag!
