Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine zuverlässige und engagierte Bürogehilfin (m/w/d) .

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten
  • Arbeiten mit Word und Excel
  • Rechnungen schreiben und verwalten
  • Telefondienst und freundlicher Empfang unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Kundenbetreuung und Terminorganisation
  • Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für den Steuerberater

### Ihr Profil

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Word und Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Freundliches, höfliches und zuvorkommendes Auftreten
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
