### eine fachkundige Unterstützung für die Forstverwaltung in Teilzeit

  • Ihre Tätigkeiten:
  • systematische und nachvollziehbare digitale und analoge Ablage
  • Prüfung und Zuordnung von Rechnungen, Bescheiden, Korrespondenz
  • einfache kaufmännische Vorgänge
  • Dokumentation in der Forstverwaltung
  • Unterstützung bei Bau‑ und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Fahrten im Rahmen der Forstverwaltung
  • Nutzung gängiger Office‑Anwendungen
  • Anforderungen:
  • Verwaltungserfahrung oder kaufmännische Kenntnisse
  • strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • PkW Führerschein
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Schrift und Sprache
  • regionale Kenntnisse und Verankerung
  • grundlegende IT‑Routine
  • Arbeitszeit:
  • 2 Tage pro Woche á 8 Stunden
  • Arbeitsumfeld:
  • Ihr Arbeitsort ist die Forstverwaltung Blumberg (Casekow)
  • ruhige Tätigkeit
  • langfristige Zusammenarbeit erwünscht
