# Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und kompetente Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) für den Einsatz im Aufwachraum.

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position betreuen Sie Patient/innen vor und nach operativen Eingriffen und tragen maßgeblich zu einem sicheren und angenehmen Genesungsverlauf bei.

### Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung und Betreuung von Patient/innen vor und nach Eingriffen im Aufwachraum
  • Unterstützung bei der Patientenaufnahme und Entlassung
  • Vorbereitung und Verabreichung von i.v. Medikamenten und Infusionen nach ärztlicher Anordnung
  • Überwachung der Patient/innen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Pflege- und Ärzteteam
  • Ausgabe von Getränken und leichten Snacks nach medizinischer Freigabe
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einhaltung von Hygienestandards sowie bei der Organisation und Sauberkeit des Arbeitsbereiches
  • Freundliche Kommunikation und Begleitung der Patient/innen während des Aufenthalts im Aufwachraum

### Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Pflegefachkraft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fachkenntnisse in der Vorbereitung und Handhabung von i.v. Medikamenten und Infusionen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Patient/innen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft, in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld mit Pflege- und Ärzteteam zu arbeiten
  • Kenntnisse in Hygiene und Patientensicherheit
