### Wir suchen einen Polier /in (Hochbau) (m/w/d) zur sofortigen Einstellung in Vollzeit

Idealerweise hast du in den Bereichen Baustelleneinrichtung, Leitung des täglichen Baubetriebs, der Baugeräteführung und dem Arbeitsschutz schon Kenntnisse gesammelt.

Du hast Erfahrung in der Baustellenvermessung, der Baukonstruktion, im Betonbau, Eisenflechten und Stahlbetonbau. Zudem ist dir das Herstellen von Baugruben und dem Treppenbau vertraut, dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Leitung und Koordination von Baustellen im Bereich Mauerwerksarbeiten
  • Verantwortung für die Durchführung und Fertigstellung von Bauprojekten nach Plan
  • Kommunikation & Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und der durchgeführten Arbeiten
  • Führung des Baustellenteams

DEIN PROFIL:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Maurerhandwerk - Betonbauer
  • Berufserfahrung vom Vorteil
  • Motivation, Einsatzbereitschaft & Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B oder höher
