Die Revoltaic GmbH steht für die Zukunft der Energieversorgung. Wir planen, installieren und betreuen Photovoltaikanlagen, Wärmepumpen, Speichersysteme und E-Mobilitätslösungen – und suchen eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit, die unser Team fachlich leitet und die Energiewende aktiv mitgestaltet.

Deine Aufgaben bei Revoltaic:

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung unseres Elektriker-Teams
  • Du verantwortest die Konzeptplanung von Photovoltaikanlagen
  • Du stellst die fachgerechte Ausführung bei Anschluss und Inbetriebnahme von Photovoltaikanlagen sicher
  • Du überwachst den Einbau von Speichern und Fernüberwachungssystemen
  • Du verantwortest die Installation von Zählerschränken sowie E-Ladestationen für Elektrofahrzeuge
  • Du übernimmst die Qualitätssicherung und Endabnahme unserer Photovoltaikanlagen
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards sicher
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für technische Fragestellungen sowie Schnittstelle zu Kunden und Behörden

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Meisterprüfung als Elektromeister/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Techniker/in Elektrotechnik)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Photovoltaik, Wärmepumpen, Energiespeicher oder E-Ladestationen
  • Erste Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenfreundliches und kompetentes Auftreten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
