  • Unser Kur- & Landhotel Borstel-Treff ist ein familiengeführtes 4-Sterne-Haus mit Schwerpunkt auf à la carte-Restaurant, regionale Spezialitäten, Bankettgeschäft. Mit viel Leidenschaft und Gastfreundschaft sorgen wir dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste rundum wohlfühlen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Zubereitung und kreatives Anrichten von Speisen im à la carte- und Bankettbereich
  • Mitarbeit bei der Menü- und Speisekartengestaltung
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Unterstützung bei der Warenbestellung und Lagerkontrolle
  • Teamarbeit mit unseren Köchen, Service- und Küchenhilfen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch (m/w/d) oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Leidenschaft für frische, regionale und saisonale Produkte
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und saubere Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit auch in stressigen Situationen
