### Wir suchen für unsere Kindertagesstätten ab sofort pädagogische Fachkräfte als Springer/in (m/w/d) in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit (20 bis 39 Wochenstunden).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Einsatz als pädagogische Fachkraft in unseren Kindertagesstätten bei personellen Engpässen
  • Unterstützung der Teams im pädagogischen Alltag
  • Begleitung und Förderung der Kinder entsprechend unserer pädagogischen Konzepten
  • Mitgestaltung eines wertschätzenden und sicheren Umfelds für die Kinder
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team, Leitungen und Eltern

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene pädagogische Berufsausbildung
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zum Einsatz in verschiedenen Einrichtungen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eigenständiges Arbeiten
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Wertschätzende und professionelle Haltung gegenüber Kindern, Familien und dem Team
