  • Vertretung der Pflegedienstleitung bei Abwesenheit
  • Personal- und Einsatzplanung
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität
  • Fachliche Beratung und Unterstützung
  • Patienten und Angehörigenmanagement
  • Organisation und Verwaltung

Anforderungen 

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege
  • Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung wünschenswert
  • Führungs- und Organisationskompetenz
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in Pflegeplanung, Dokumentation, Qualitätsmanagement und den relevanten gesetzlichen Grundlagen
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
