Wir suchen mehrere engagierten Jobcoach/Dozent (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Norden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Einzelcoachings (z. B. berufliche Orientierung, Bewerbungsstrategien, Vermittlung)
  • Gruppenangebote im Rahmen von Aktivierungs- und Integrationsmaßnahmen
  • Dokumentation und Vorbereitung nach Maßgabe des Trägers
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kostenträgern und Netzwerkpartnern

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in einem relevanten Bereich (z. B. Pädagogik, Coaching, Verwaltung)
  • Alternativ: Meister oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • AdA-Schein
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit erwerbslosen Menschen (SGB II / III)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und webbasierten Coachingtools
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, gerne ergänzt durch weitere Sprachkenntnisse (z. B. Ukrainisch, Arabisch o. ä.)
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
