Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:

Betreuung unserer Kunden per Telefon, E-Mail und Web-Shop
Technische Beratung zu unseren Produkten
Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Angeboten
Bearbeitung komplexer Kundenanfragen sowie Reklamationen
Umsetzung der Verkaufsstrategien (keine Kaltakquise) sowie Vermarktung unseres kompletten Produktportfolios
Identifikation und Klärung von Fehlern in automatisierten Abläufen

Eine außerordentliche Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Kommunikationsstärke
Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung in einem serviceorientierten Bereich
