Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:
Der/Die Mitarbeiter/in ist in der Produktion eines Kunststoff-Spritzgussbetriebes tätig, der Bauteile für die Automobilbranche herstellt. Die Tätigkeit erfolgt im 3-Schichtbetrieb (Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht).
Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten:
- Entnahme und Sichtkontrolle der gefertigten Kunststoffteile
- Durchführung einfacher Qualitätskontrollen nach Vorgaben
- Nachbearbeitung und Verpackung der gefertigten Teile
- Durchführung von Montagetätigkeiten an Kunststoffbauteilen
- Erkennen und Melden von Qualitätsabweichungen und Störungen
- Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Ordnungsvorschriften
- Dokumentation der Produktions- und Prüfergebnisse nach betrieblichen Vorgaben
- sonstige produktionsbegleitende Tätigkeiten
Anforderungen:
- Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtbetrieb
- Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Körperliche Belastbarkeit im Rahmen der Tätigkeit
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Produktion oder Kunststoffverarbeitung sind von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich.
