  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Fachgerechte Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
  • Umsetzung der Pflegeplanung und Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse
  • Unterstützung bei Alltagsaktivitäten und Förderung der Selbstständigkeit
  • Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachmann/-frau (m/w/d)
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Empathie
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Flexibilität und Engagement
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
