Deine Aufgaben

Planung, Dokumentation und Gestaltung des Pflegeprozesses
Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätsmanagement-Standards
Durchführung der Behandlungspflege anhand der Pflegeplanung
Kontakt mit Ärzten und Therapeuten
Ansprechpartner für Pflegebedürftige und Angehörige
Beratungsfunktion für die Pflegefachassistenten und Pflegeassistenten

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d)
Empathie, Respekt und Geduld im Umgang mit den zu betreuenden Menschen
Zuverlässigkeit, Loyalität, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Anwendungen zur Pflegeadministration,- dokumentation
