### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung, Optimierung und Anpassung von CNC-Programmen für Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen
  • Programmierung nach technischen Zeichnungen, CAD-/CAM-Daten und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Einfahren und Optimieren neuer Programme an CNC-Anlagen
  • Festlegung von Bearbeitungsstrategien sowie Auswahl geeigneter Werkzeuge
  • Unterstützung der Fertigung bei technischen Fragestellungen
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Fertigungsprozesse
  • Durchführung von Testläufen und Fehleranalysen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Maß- und Produktionsvorgaben

### Ihr Profil:

✔️ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (gn), CNC-Programmierer (gn), CNC-Fachkraft (gn), Industriemechaniker (gn) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

✔️ Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der CNC-Programmierung

✔️ Kenntnisse in Siemens-, Heidenhain-, Fanuc-, Mazatrol- oder vergleichbaren Steuerungen

✔️ Erfahrung mit CAD-/CAM-Systemen von Vorteil

✔️ Sicheres Lesen technischer Zeichnungen

✔️ Hohes technisches Verständnis und analytische Denkweise

✔️ Selbstständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise

✔️ Deutschkenntnisse für die tägliche Kommunikation
