Wir suchen ab sofort Sozialpädagog*innen, Sonderpädagog*innen, Psycholog*innen oder Vergleichbare (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung in der sozialpädagogischen Familienhilfe (SpFh).

Aufgaben:

Begleitung und Unterstützung von Familien, Kindern und Jugendlichen

Interkulturelle Beratung und Förderung

Zusammenarbeit mit Jugendämtern

Selbstgestaltung des Programms im Rahmen der Familienhilfe

Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossenes Studium (Sozialpädagogik, Sonderpädagogik, Psychologie oder vergleichbar)

Auch während des Studiums möglich

Fremdsprachenkenntnisse erwünscht

Migrationshintergrund von Vorteil (kein Muss)

Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Empathie

Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

Arbeitszeit:

Flexible Arbeitszeiten, nach Absprache

Beschäftigungsart:

Honorarbasis oder Minijob – mit Möglichkeit auf Übernahme in Teil- oder Vollzeit
