Serviceassistent/-in: Begrüßung und Beratung der Kundinnen und Kunden im Servicebereich, Entgegennahme von Serviceaufträgen, Terminplanung, Priorisierung und Koordination zwischen Kunde, Werkstatt und Service

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Begrüßung und Beratung der Kundinnen und Kunden im Servicebereich
  • Entgegennahme von Serviceaufträgen, Terminplanung und Priorisierung
  • Koordination zwischen Kunde, Werkstatt und Service
  • Kostenvoranschläge erstellen, Informationen zu Reparaturen erklären
  • Sicherstellen der Kundenzufriedenheit durch transparente Kommunikation und Nachbetreuung
