- Selbstständiges, sorgfältiges Arbeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke, serviceorientierte Beratung
Deine Aufgaben:
- Begrüßung und Beratung der Kundinnen und Kunden im Servicebereich
- Erstellung von Service- und Reparaturaufträgen und Kostenvoranschlägen, sowie Terminplanung
- Koordination zwischen Kunde, Werkstatt und Service bei der Auftragsabwicklung
- Informationen zu Reparaturen erklären
- Sicherstellen der Kundenzufriedenheit durch transparente Kommunikation und Nachbetreuung
