### Aufgaben:

  • Angebotserstellung und Kalkulation
  • Kundenberatung inkl. Baustellenbesuche
  • Baubegleitung in der gewerkeübergreifenden Bauausführung
  • Koordination der Baustellen
  • Projektbegleitung in wirtschaftlicher und technischer Hinsicht, beginnend bei der Planungskoordination bis hin zur Ausführung
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Auftraggeber und Bauherren

### Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Staatlich geprüfter Hochbautechniker
  • Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Holzbau ( optional)
  • Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Bauprojekten
  • Kostenbewusstsein und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Wort und Schrift
  • Kostenbewusstsein und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten
