Sie haben eine abgeschlossene IT Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Grundlegende Netzwerkkenntnisse (DHCP, IP,TCP/UDP, DNS)
  • Erfahrung in Linux und Microsoft Windows basierten IT Umgebungen
  • Fachkenntnisse in der Planung und Installation von IT Verkabelung
  • Personal Computer (PC) Hardware-Kenntnisse
  • Kunden- und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Deutsch: Verhandlungssicher
  • Englisch: Grundkenntnisse

Ihre Herausforderungen:

  • Support der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Verkabelung, Switches, Router, Firewalls, WiFi, DECT)
  • First Level Support von Client-, Server-, Netzwerk- und Telekommunikationssystemen
  • Support von Nutzerkonten, Computern und Zugriffsrechten im Microsoft Active Directory
  • Unterstützung und Schulung von Benutzern
  • Erstellung von IT Dokumentation
  • Sicherstellung von IT Security Richtlinien
  • IT Asset Management inklusive Reparaturabwicklung für IT Hardware (RMA)
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software
  • Administrative Aufgaben in Windows- und Linux-Umgebungen
  • Reparatur und Wartung der de- und zentralen IT-Infrastruktur
  • Beschaffung von Hard- und Software
  • Verwaltung des technischen Inventars
  • IT-Helpdesk für Mitarbeiter und/oder Kunden
