  • Verarbeitung von Fleisch und Herstellung von Fleisch- und Wurstwaren
  • Fachgerechte Vorbereitung und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Lebensmittelstandards
  • Mitarbeit in unserer hofeigenen Fleischerei

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fleischer/in oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an hochwertigen, regionalen Lebensmitteln
