## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Physiotherapeut/in oder medizinische/r Bademeister/in
  • Empathie und eine freundliche, patientenorientierte Haltung
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Individuelle Diagnostik, Erstellung von Therapieplänen und deren Umsetzung
  • Begleitung von Rehabilitationsprozessen, Präventionsberatung und Patientenedukation
  • Kooperation mit unserem interdisziplinären Team zum Wohle der Patientinnen und Patienten
