Wer wir sind:

Die KPU Service GmbH ist Teil einer Unternehmensgruppe mit mehreren operativ tätigen Firmen, unter anderem im Handwerks- und Dienstleistungsbereich. Als zentrale Service- und Verwaltungseinheit unterstützen wir diese Unternehmen in Bereichen wie Telefonie, Organisation und Kundenkommunikation. Unser Ziel ist es, die Vertriebsaktivitäten unserer Unternehmensgruppe professionell zu unterstützen und neue Kundenkontakte aufzubauen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aktive telefonische Ansprache potenzieller Neukunden im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Strukturierter Erstkontakt inkl. Bedarfsermittlung und Qualifizierung von Interessenten
  • Übergabe qualifizierter Leads an den zuständigen Vertrieb
  • Pflege und Dokumentation der Kontakte im System

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Spaß an der telefonischen Akquise und am Vertrieb im Innendienst
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundlichkeit, Teamgeist und Serviceorientierung
  • Erfahrung im Telefonvertrieb und/oder Kundenkontakt
