Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und qualifizierten Fahrradmechaniker / Fahrradmonteur (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Teams. Ideal wäre eine Leidenschaft für Fahrräder und ein breites Spektrum an Wissen und Fähigkeiten in der Fahrradreparatur und Qualitätskontrolle.

Anforderung:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fahrradmechaniker:in oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Fahrradreparatur und -wartung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Fahrradmechanik und -technik
  • Erfahrung in der Diagnose und Behebung von Fehlern an Fahrrädern und E-Bikes
  • Gutes Verständnis für Elektromobilität und E-Bikes
  • Kundenorientiertes Denken und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und zum Lernen neuer Fertigkeiten

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an Fahrrädern (einschließlich E-Bikes und Pedelecs)
  • Diagnose und Behebung von Fehlern an Fahrrädern und E-Bikes
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Montage von Fahrrädern E-Bikes und Zubehör
  • Beratung von Kunden in Bezug auf Fahrradreparaturen und -wartungen
  • Einhaltung der Sicherheitsstandards und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Kundenberatung und Verkauf von Fahrrädern, E-Bikes und Zubehör
