Essential Functions:

• •Fabricate and assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies using engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, wire lists, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions.
• •Cut, strip, crimp, solder, terminate, and route wires to meet customer and engineering specifications.
• •Install connectors, contacts, splices, backshells, heat-shrink tubing, strain reliefs, and associated hardware.
• •Perform wire routing, lacing, bundling, and harness assembly in accordance with company quality standards.
• •Operate assembly equipment including crimping tools, wire strippers, soldering stations, heat guns, and other hand tools.
• •Conduct continuity, point-to-point, and functional testing using multimeters and harness test equipment.
• •Perform in-process and final inspections to verify workmanship, dimensional accuracy, electrical continuity, and product quality.
• •Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring schematics, assembly instructions, and technical documentation.
• •Complete production documentation, work orders, inspection records, and quality paperwork accurately.
• •Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining safety, quality, ESD, and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control standards.

Requirements

• •High School Diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in electronics, electrical assembly, or a related field preferred.
• •Minimum of 2 years of wire harness, cable assembly, or electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, wire lists, assembly schematics, and technical documentation.
• •Experience using crimping tools, wire strippers, soldering equipment, and other electrical assembly tools.
• •Working knowledge of workmanship standards.
• •Basic understanding of electrical principles including continuity, polarity, connector pinouts, and electrical testing.
• •Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a production environment.
• •Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• •Must be eligible to work in the United States.
