Der EMEA IT PMO konzentriert sich darauf, regelmäßige Portfolio-Updates mit den Geschäftspartnern zu ermöglichen, um Prioritäten abzustimmen und eine klare Kommunikation sicherzustellen. Er ist außerdem für die Identifizierung und Lösung von Risiken, Engpässen oder Problemen verantwortlich, die sich auf Projektzeitpläne oder Budgets auswirken könnten.

Sie verwalten und verfolgen das IT-Portfolio, um die Übereinstimmung mit den Planungsverfahren aller IS&T-Teams sicherzustellen
Ausrichtung an globale PMO-Standards und Implementierung von PMO-Best Practices.
Abstimmung von Portfolio-Updates mit den Geschäftspartnern, um Geschäftsprioritäten und -aktivitäten abzustimmen
Laufende Zusammenarbeit mit den Geschäftspartnern, um eine kontinuierliche Übereinstimmung mit den Geschäftszielen sicherzustellen
Identifizieren und mildern Sie Risiken, Engpässe und Probleme bei der Projektabwicklung
Verhindern oder minimieren von Budgetabweichungen und Auswirkungen auf den Zeitplan
Unterstützung und Koordinierung von Änderungsmanagement Initiativen

Ihre Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Projektmanagement
Change Management-Zertifizierung ist ein Plus
Erfahrung im Bereich globale IT und Business Alignment mit Remote-Standorten und -Teams
Fundierte Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss
Unabhängiger Arbeitsstil und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hervorragenden Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position liegt gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag der Metallindustrie bei EUR 60.962,32 brutto/Jahr.
