Unser Klient

ist Teil eines international führenden CDMO Pharma-Konzerns. Der Produktionsstandort in der Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar beschäftigt rund 650 Mitarbeiter und vereint Entwicklung, Herstellung und Verpackung innovativer, fester Darreichungsformen.

  • Verantwortung für die lokale IT-Servicebereitstellung und IT-Infrastruktur (Budget, Personalplanung und strategische Ausrichtung)
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Teams am Standort
  • Steuerung lokaler IT-Projekte hinsichtlich Qualität, Zeitplan und Budget
  • Third-Level-Support für Netzwerk-, Telekommunikations- & Serversysteme
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister und Einhaltung globaler IT-Vorgaben
  • Klare Kommunikation von spezifischen Anforderungen, Status quo und Risiken
  • Studium im IT-Bereich (z.B. Informatik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT sowie erste Führungserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Hardware, Software, Netzwerken und IT-Sicherheit
  • Erfahrung mit ITIL, ServiceNow, Ticketprozessen und IT-Asset-Management
  • Projektmanagementerfahrung und relevante IT-Zertifikate, z.B. MCP/MCSE
  • Analytische Stärke, Serviceorientierung und gute Englischkenntnisse
