## Aufgaben

  • Gestalten Sie die digitale Zukunft unseres Baubereichs aktiv mit.
  • In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie eine wichtige Funktion bei der Weiterentwicklung und Konsolidierung unserer Bausoftwarelandschaft.
  • Sie beraten Fachbereiche, steuern IT‑Projekte und begleiten den Betrieb leistungsfähiger Systeme.
  • Dabei verbinden Sie IT‑Know-how, Prozessverständnis und Projektverantwortung.
  • Anforderungsanalyse sowie Erstellung fundierter Soll-Konzepte
  • Auswahl, Betrieb und Administration der Softwaresysteme (u. a. Konfiguration, Zugriffs- und Berechtigungsverwaltung, Installation, Updates und Migrationen)
  • Definition, Implementierung und Management von Schnittstellen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Standardisierung und Ausarbeitung von Datenmodellen und Datenflüssen basierend auf den Anforderungen der einzelnen Projektphasen und Aufgabenfelder zur Steuerung von Großprojekten
  • Aufbau von Testumgebungen zur Erprobung der erarbeiteten Ergebnisse

## Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Wirtsinformatiker, Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten und/oder Betreuung von Anwendungssoftware - idealerweise im Baubereich
  • Wünschenswert sind SQL- und Datenbankkenntnisse, Kenntnisse in GIS- und Geodatensystemen , Prozessmodellierung (BPMN)
  • Verständnis für IT-Systemlandschaften, Schnittstellen und Abhängigkeiten
  • Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil, jedoch bieten wir auch engagierten Neu- und Quereinsteigern gerne eine Chance
