  • Das Ressort für Bau und Infrastruktur sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt:
  • Leitung (m/w/d) Geschäftsbereich Technik und Medizintechnik
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung des Geschäftsbereichs Technik und Medizintechnik mit aktuell ca. 140 Mitarbeitenden
  • Strukturelle und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung der Abteilungen Technik und Medizintechnik unter den Aspekten von Effizienz und Betriebssicherheit
  • Aufbau und Umsetzung eines Qualitätskonzepts
  • Sicherstellung der betriebs- und medizintechnischen Versorgung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Investitions- und Instandhaltungsstrategie aller technischen Anlagen und medizintechnischen Geräte und Anlagen
  • Erstellung des Wirtschaftsplans im Geschäftsbereich
  • Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für den Vorstand
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium einer technischen Fachrichtung (Krankenhausbetriebstechnik, Versorgungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder dergleichen) oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Weiterbildung und/oder Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Krankenhaus von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Projekt- und Changemanagement
  • Wirtschaftliches, kunden- und leistungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Durchsetzungsstärke, sicheres Auftreten, Belastbarkeit sowie Kommunikations-, Konflikt- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Vergütung gemäß Haustarifvertrag entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation sowie zusätzliche Altersversorgung und Sozialleistungen
