Für unseren Standort in Niederndorf/Tirol (bei Kufstein) suchen wir zur Erweiterung des Teams ab sofort in Voll- oder Teilzeit eine/n:

Wirtschaftsjurist (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung und teilweise eigenständige Bearbeitung von juristischen Fragestellungen
  • Erste Beratungen aller Fach- und Führungsebenen innerhalb des Unternehmens
  • Begleitung von (inter)nationalen Vertragsverhandlungen (z.B. Entwicklungsverträge, Lieferverträge)
  • Prüfung, Risikobewertung und Dokumentation von gesetzlichen Verpflichtungen und Verträgen (mehrsprachig)
  • Erstellung sowie Revision von verschiedenen Standardverträgen für Vertrieb, technischen Service und Marketing (Handelspartnerverträge, Servicepartnerverträge, Werbedienstleistungsverträge mit Kunden und Partnern weltweit)
  • Durchführung von juristischen Recherchen
  • Mitwirkung bei juristischen Projekten, z.B. Datenschutz

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich absolviertes juristisches Studium
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Vertragsrecht und Wirtschaftsrecht (international)
  • Gutes juristisches Verständnis
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Sie verfügen über eine sorgfältige und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
