Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Wirtschaftsjurist (m/w/d/x) am Standort Saalfeld.

Das erwartet Sie:

  • Rechtliche Beratung der Geschäftsleitung und der Fachabteilungen
  • Bearbeitung von wirtschaftsrechtlichen und unternehmensbezogenen Fragestellungen aus unterschiedlichen Rechtsbereichen, u. a. Erstellung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen verschiedenster Arten
  • Schnittstelle zu externen Kanzleien, Beratern und Behörden
  • Übernahme der Tätigkeit als Compliance Officer: Aufbau von Compliance-Strukturen in allen Unternehmensbereichen und deren Betreuung sowie alle damit verbundenen Tätigkeiten
  • Bearbeitung datenschutzrechtlicher Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen Datenschutzbeauftragten

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Wirtschaftsrecht (LL.B., LL.M.) oder Rechtswissenschaften
  • (1. Staatsexamen)/ Diplomjurist
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise in Wirtschaftsunternehmen
  • Sehr gute zivilrechtliche Kenntnisse, ausgeprägtes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen eines international agierenden Industrieunternehmens
  • Eigenverantwortliche und analytische Arbeitsweise
