Meine Aufgaben:

  • Zukunft gestalten: Sie begleiten unsere Auszubildenden im Elektrohandwerk – von der Auswahl und Einstellung bis zur intensiven Ausbildungsbegleitung und der erfolgreichen Abschlussprüfung.
  • Praxisnähe bieten: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer modernen Lehrwerkstatt.
  • Prüfungserfolge ermöglichen: Sie führen eigenverantwortlich die Prüfungs­vorbereitung durch und sorgen für optimale Bedingungen für einen erfolgreichen Abschluss.
  • Organisationstalent gefragt: Sie strukturieren und koordinieren eigenständig die täglichen Abläufe und sichern so den Erfolg der Ausbildung.

Mein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Elektromeister oder langjährige Berufserfahrung als Monteur im Elektrobereich
  • Mind. 4-5 Jahre Berufserfahung
  • Praxisnahe Ausbilderkompetenzen – Ausbilderschein (kann ggf. nachgeholt werden)
  • Motivation, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an Wissenstransfer
  • Führerschein Klasse B ist erforderlich
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Level C1)
